QUESTIONS ABOUT CHANGING YOUR ORDER:

I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this? 

Yes you can, but you need to be quick. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP at support@ge.... Please quote your order number.

I used the wrong address, can I still change this?

As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number to support@ge... and we will take care of it for you. 

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items. 

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order? 

As long as your items are not in print yet, you can still cancel your order. When your item is 'in print' we cannot cancel anymore since it is already being made. To cancel your order, email us at support@ge.... Please title your email "Cancel order (your order number)" and we will take care of it for you.

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Where are your items made?

We have factories in the United States, Mexico and Europe. We have tried to supply our North American customers from the US facilities and European customers from the European facilities. However, COVID has occasionally disrupted production and your order will be routed to the factory best suited to produce it at the time.

 

How are the products made?

All FindChloe products are made on demand. Our T-Shirts, Mugs, Phone Cases are printed only after you place your order.


Our Leggings, Joggers, Rash Guards and other All Over Print products are printed, cut and sewn on demand. Each piece is hand made, one at a time.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.

Where does FindChloe ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

This is divided into two parts:

1. Production Times:

We print on demand, everything is hand made just for you (printing, cutting and sewing). It takes us about 7-11 business days to create your order. 

Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. Please see the COVID discussion at the bottom of the page.

What does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping (USA) for orders under $35: $5.00 -

Domestic shipping (USA) for orders $35:and up : FREE


International shipping for orders under $75: $10.00

International shipping for orders $75 and up: FREE

Why can't I track my order via your tracking page?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. If your order has more than one product they may come from different locations. Regardless of how many packages are involved your shipping charges are per order and will not increase.



Customs charged me extra for my delivery, now what?

We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import. 



How is COVID Affecting production?

We are advocating for safety first and foremost. We have made many adaptations in our processes to accommodate social distancing and keep our valuable workers safe.
Currently we are able to meet the production times we have published, but at any time conditions may change. Please consider this when placing a time sensitive order.
